Can I get a refund?
Because the course provides immediate access to all digital content, refunds are generally not available once the course has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the materials, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
I was charged but didn’t receive access. What should I do?
First, check your email (including spam/junk folders) for a confirmation message with your login details. If you still can’t find it, contact us at hello@kateyamyam.com and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Currently, we accept payments through Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). PayPal is not available at this time.
